In Regulations on repayment of customs obligations and/or the overpaid amounts with expired prescriptive limit, approved by the Order of the Government No. 1000 of December 28, 2012. (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2013, Art. No. 1-5, 8), to make the following changes:
Item 5 to declare 1) invalid;
2) in Item 13 letter and) the subitem 2) to state in the following edition:
"a) the legal address of the customs payer specified in constituent documents (documents on registration of the customs payer), and in case of their absence – based on information provided by the State registration chamber with reference to legal address until removal of the customs payer of debtor".
