About entering of amendments into the Order GGNI No. 267 of April 14, 2011.

(1), with subsequent changes and amendments, I ORDER to Art. 133 of the Tax code No. 1163-XIII of April 24, 1997 (repeated publication in Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, special release of February 8, 2007):

1. To add the order of the State tax authorities No. 267 of April 14, 2011 about the organization of administration of large taxpayers (Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova No. 70-73/442 of April 29, 2011) with new Item 7-2 of the following content:

"7-2. In departure from the item I of Criteria for determination of the status of the large taxpayer economic agents according to the decision of the chief of the Main state tax authorities can be registered as large taxpayers (further – GGNI).

The economic agents registered as large taxpayers according to this Item in departure from provisions of Items 5 and 7 of this order are serviced by general management of administration of large taxpayers of GGNI from the date of entry into force of the relevant order GGNI published in Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova".

2. To general management of administration of large taxpayers to publish the order in Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of publication in Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova.
