About modification and amendments in the Order GGNI No. 1222 of December 31, 2015 about approval of the list of economic agents - large taxpayers for 2016
On the basis lit.s) h. (1) to Art. 133 of the Tax code No. 1163-XIII of April 24, 1997, provisions of the Order GGNI No. 267 of April 14, 2011 about the organization of activities for administration of large taxpayers and for the purpose of improvement of collection of the income in the national public budget I ORDER:
1. Of December 31, 2015 about approval of the list of economic agents – large taxpayers for 2016 to make the following changes to the Order No. 1222:
- replace line item of the 414th appendix to this order with the following syntagma of "1005611004442 SC "INTER-TABAC" S.R.L".
2. This order becomes effective from the date of publication in Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova.
3. To management of clerical work and archiving of GGNI to bring this order to the attention territorial BEND also structural divisions of GGNI.
4. To provide to general management of large taxpayers publication of this order in Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova.
