In pursuance of the item c) h. (1) Art. 133 of the Tax code No. 1163-XIII of April 24, 1997. I order:

1. Appendix No. 1 to the Order GGNI No. 521 of June 23, 2015 about approval of standard forms of the tax report and Information on charges for use of zone of the highway public and/or its conservation zone behind line of the settlement (Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova No. 166-176/1177 of 3:07. 2015) to change and provide in the new edition according to Appendix to this order.

2. To provide to general management of methodology of taxes and fees of GGNI the publication of this order in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.

3. This order becomes effective since January 1, 2017.
