In the Order of the Government No. 863 of October 8, 2014. "About approval of Methodology of development of standards of employment for working professions" (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2014, Art. No. 325-332, 947) to make the following changes and additions:

1) in the name and Item 1 of the resolution, and also in the name of Methodology of the word "for workers of profession" to exclude;

2) in Methodology:

a) state Item 1 in the following edition:

"1. The methodology of development of standards of employment (further – Methodology) is the legal basis for development of standards of employment for working crafts / professions and specialties for each level of vocational training: average (level 3 MCKO – the International standard classification of education); postaverage (level 4 MCKO) and postaverage not tertiary (level 5 MCKO) in different areas of activities / professional training";

b) Item 2:

in the concept "competence" of the word "attributions and loadings of working professions" shall be replaced with words "working attributions and loadings";

exclude the concepts "profession" and "working profession";

in the concept "employment profile" of the word "profession (occupation)" shall be replaced with words "craft/profession/specialty/occupation";

add the concept "economic sector (activities)" with the text at the end "at the level of group or subgroup or combined depending on need, complexity and the importance";
