About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About the Government budget of Ukraine for 2016"

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Bring in the Law of Ukraine "About the Government budget of Ukraine for 2016" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2016, No. 5, the Art. 54, No. 17, the Art. 189, No. 24, the Art. 489, No. 26, the Art. 518, No. 32, the Art. 556, the Art. 557, No. 34, Art. 591; with the changes made by the laws of Ukraine of September 8, 2016 No. 1516-VIII and of October 6, 2016 No. 1659-VIII) the following changes:

1. In Article 1:

in the paragraph the second figures "601.866.450,8" and "569.513.435,"" to replace with figures "603.026.450,8" and "570.673.435,1";

in paragraph three of figure "674.528.822,7" and "640.290.330,9" to replace with figures "676.520.758,2" and "642.282.266,4";

in paragraph five of figure "16.725.127,6" and "1.750.952,9" to replace with figures "15.893.192,1" and "919.017,4".

2. Add with Article 10-1 of the following content:

"Article 10-1. Determine that:

as the exception of provisions of Articles 64 and 69 of the Budget code of Ukraine, the income of the general fund of local budgets of settlements of the Donetsk and Luhansk regions in the territory of which public authorities temporarily do not perform the powers which list is approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, arriving during 2016 into accounts in bodies of the public treasurer service of Ukraine, temporarily before return of these settlements under control of the government, are enlisted in the general fund of the Government budget of Ukraine. Such receipts are listed by bodies of the Public treasurer service of Ukraine and are reflected them in financial accounting and the reporting on execution of local budgets with negative value, and in the reporting on accomplishment of the government budget with positive value;
