About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About the Government budget of Ukraine for 2016"

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in the Law of Ukraine "About the Government budget of Ukraine for 2016" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2016, No. 5, the Art. 54, No. 17, the Art. 189, No. 24, the Art. 489, No. 26, the Art. 518, No. 32, the Art. 556, the Art. 557, No. 34, Art. 591; with the changes made by the Law of Ukraine of September 8, 2016 No. 1516-VIII) the following changes:

1) in Article 1:

in paragraph three of figure "674.518.822,"", "34.228.491,8" to replace with figures "674.528.822,7", "34.238.491,8";

in paragraph five of figure "16.735.127,6", "14.984.174,7" to replace with figures "16.725.127,6", "14.974.174,7";

Article 32 to add 2) with part two of the following content:

"Determine what in case of repayment in 2016 of the local debt which arose owing to the specified borrowing at the expense of means of the city budget of the city of Kiev, the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine part of obligations of the Kiev city council on debt repayment before the state which arose owing to making in 2015 of the transaction on transfer of part of local debt of the Kiev city council on local external borrowings to public debt is written off in volume of the expenses of the Kiev city council connected with repayment of this local debt in the equivalent of foreign currency determined by the official rate of hryvnia to foreign currency established by the National Bank of Ukraine for date of implementation of such repayment, according to the procedure, established by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine";

3) to make changes to appendices No. 3, No. 4 and No. 9 to the Law of Ukraine "About the Government budget of Ukraine for 2016" according to appendices No. No. 13 to this Law.

2. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.
