About entering of amendments and changes into the Land code of the Republic of Armenia
Accepted by National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia on October 4, 2005
Article 1. To add Article 25 of the Land code of the Republic of Armenia (of May 2, 2001) with Item 4-1 of the following content:
"4-1. The forest parcels of land in the cases established by the legislation and procedure can be provided on renting for the purpose of construction of buildings, structures, only for needs of forestry.".
Article 2. In article 40 of the Code of the word "establishes the Government" shall be replaced with words "it is established by the law".
Article 3. Item 2 of article 42 of the Code after the words "in the territories" to add with the words "represents messages to authorized bodies on attraction to the responsibility of persons which allowed offense established by the law".
Article 4. To state article 46 of the Code in the following edition:
"Article 46. Provision of the parcel of land for use
The owner provides for use the parcel of land by right on construction, free (permanent) use or renting.
Provision of the parcels of land which are the state-owned or communal property, by right on construction is forbidden. Such parcels of land can be transferred only by the property right, those parcels of land except for established by the Land code of the Republic of Armenia which are the state-owned or communal property which transfer by the property right is prohibited. "".
Article 5. To add Item 1 of article 47 of the Code with the new offer of the following content: "The right to free use by the parcel of land can be transferred by the owner only in the procedure established by the agreement, with the right to construction or without it.".
Article 6. Add the Code with Article 48-1 of the following content:
