Article 1. Regarding the 2nd article 3 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About drugs" of October 27, 1998, ZR-259:

Article 2. To add article 9 of the Law with new part of the following content:
"Trade in drugs is allowed to be performed only in drugstores and pharmaceutical booths. Implementation of trade in drugs in other places will be considered as implementation without license of the activities which are subject to licensing and will result in the responsibility established by the law.".
Article 3. This Law becomes effective from the date of, following official publication.
