"1) the system operator did not approve amounts of purchases (sales) of electrical energy by results of the biddings according to the procedure, established according to the Rules of rendering services by the system operator, the organizations and functioning of the market of system and support services approved by the order of the Minister of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 3, 2015 No. 691 (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 12562);".
2. To provide to department of power industry of the Department of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
