Article 1. Bring in the Code of the Republic of Belarus about subsoil of July 14, 2008 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2008, No. 184, 2/1503; 2010, No. 17, 2/1661; 2011, No. 82, 2/1845; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 07.05. 2013, 2/2017) following amendments and changes:

1. In Article 1:

add Article with Item 28-1 of the following content:

"28-1. Regulations and rules of rational use and protection of subsoil - the technical regulatory legal acts establishing mandatory requirements of ecological safety in the field of use and protection of subsoil.";

add Article with Item 40-1 of the following content:

"40-1. The Stratigrafichesky scheme of the Republic of Belarus - the document containing schematic display of the temporary and space ratios of the stratigrafichesky divisions (tiers, biostratigrafichesky zones) located according to the procedure of their stratigrafichesky sequence, which are characterized by certain composition and properties of rocks, other signs and constituting geological section of certain part of crust.";

state Item 43 in the following edition:

"43. The tailings dam - the construction or complex of constructions intended for acceptance and storage collateral and coproducts of preprocessing (cleaning, enrichment) minerals (tails).".

3. In Item 1 of Article 9:

exclude subitem 1.2;

4. In Item 1 of Article 10:

state subitem 1.2 in the following edition:

add Item with subitems 1.17-1.20 of the following content:

"1.17. establishes procedure for development and establishment of standard rates of operational losses of minerals;

1.18. establishes requirements to content and form of the project of reasons for borders of mountain branch;

1.19. approves in coordination with the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus forms of the act of preservation of the mountain company, and also the underground construction which is not connected with mining, the act of liquidation of the mountain company, and also the underground construction which is not connected with mining;

1.20. approves forms of the act of preservation of excavation, the act of liquidation of excavation, the certificate on state registration of works on geological studying of subsoil.".
