Article 1. From Item 2 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of November 11, 1997 "About ratification of the Protocol to the Convention on legal assistance and legal relations on civil, family and criminal cases of January 22, 1993" (Vedamastsi Natsyyanalnaga to descent of Respubliki Belarus, 1997, No. 32, Art. 650; National register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2008, No. 157, 2/1446; 2011, No. 77, 2/1829; No. 140, 2/1877) of the word "Supreme Economic Court", and "The Belarusian transport prosecutor's office and the Belarusian military prosecutor's office," to exclude.
Article 2. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Belarus of May 8, 2007 "About prosecutor's office of the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2007, No. 119, 2/1317; 2009, No. 16, 2/1559; 2011, No. 78, 2/1836; No. 140, 2/1877; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 14.07. 2012, 2/1952) following changes and amendments:
1. In Article 3:
to exclude from the paragraph of the third word "and military";
the fifth to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"heads of bodies of prosecutor's office - the Attorney-General of the Republic of Belarus, prosecutors of areas, the city of Minsk, prosecutors of areas, areas in the cities, the cities, the interdistrict and equated to them transport prosecutors;";
to exclude the paragraph of the seventh;
to consider the paragraph of the eighth the paragraph the seventh.
2. To add Item 2 of Article 4 with words ", activities for prevention of offenses".
3. In Article 11:
