In pursuance of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of July 24, 2003 N325 "About Measures for Strengthening of Personnel Potential and Enhancement of the Organization of Activities of the State Property Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan" (Collection of the orders of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan 2003, N 7, of the Art. 67), the State committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on management of state-owned property and the Agency on external commercial relations of the Republic of Uzbekistan decide:
1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on procedure for approval by legal entities of the state pattern of ownership of creation, participation in authorized fund, reorganization and liquidation of the companies abroad, acquisitions and alienations of state-owned property abroad, and also conducting monitoring of safety and effective management by them.
2. This resolution becomes effective after ten days from the moment of its state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
