Article 1. Regarding 1 article 51 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About joint-stock companies" of September 25, 2001 shall be replaced with words ZR-232 of the word "Joint-stock Companies Shall Transfer Maintaining the Register of Owners of the Shares Issued by Them" "Societies are forbidden to keep personally the register of owners of the shares issued by them, and maintaining their register by them shall be transferred by not considered person interconnected with them in understanding of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the security market"".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day following behind day of official publication.
