Bring in the Regulations on assignment of special obligations on subjects of the natural gas market for providing public concerns in the course of functioning of the natural gas market (the relation during transition period) approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 1, 2015 No. 758 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2015, No. 79, the Art. 2651, No. 81, the Art. 2702, No. 88, Art. 2945; 2016, No. 26, the Art. 1043, No. 35, the Art. 1365, No. 39, the Art. 1485, No. 78, the Art. 2603), changes which are applied.

"15. The producer of heat energy till April 1, 2017 has the right to acquire natural gas in NAK Naftogaz Ukrainy for production of heat energy and/or provision of services on heating and supply of hot water to the population, the religious organizations and organizations financed at the expense of state and local budgets provided that such producer on whom as of September 30, 2015 operation of article 19-1 - the Law of Ukraine "On heat supply" expatiated executed obligation on opening of accounts with the special mode of use.".
