Article 1. Bring in the Code of the Republic of Belarus about education of January 13, 2011 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2011, No. 13, 2/1795; 2012, No. 62, 2/1928) following changes and amendments:
1. In Item 5 of Article 3:
