Article 1. In the offer 1 of part 2 of article 28 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About joint-stock companies" of September 25, 2001 the words "in the press publishing data on state registration of legal entities" shall be replaced with words ZR-232 (further - the Law) "on the official website of public notifications of the Republic of Armenia, at the address http://www.azdarar.am".
Article 2. Regarding 1 article 96 of the Law of the word "by means of the press" shall be replaced with words "on the official website of public notifications of the Republic of Armenia, at the address http://www.azdarar.am".
Article 3. To recognize part 3 of article 97 of the Law invalid.
Article 4. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day following behind day of official publication.
