About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Belarus "About tourism"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Belarus of November 25, 1999 "About tourism" in edition of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 9, 2007 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 1999, No. 95, 2/101; 2007, No. 15, 2/1303; 2010, No. 158, 2/1691) following changes and amendments:

1. In Article 1:

in paragraph ten of the word "more than 24 hours" shall be replaced with words "from 24 hours to one year";

the sixteenth to state the paragraph in the following edition:

"tourist travel - organized independently or by means of subjects of tourist activities travel (trip, movement, stay) of physical persons out of limits of their residence (the place of stay) with the tourist purpose;".

2. In Article 3:

State programs in the field of tourism are developed and affirm according to legal acts and resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus.".
