About modification and amendments in the law of the Republic of Armenia "About cash transactions"

Article 1. In article 12 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About cash transactions" of December 26, 2002 ZR-501-N (further - the Law):

In paragraph one of part of 1 word of "the amount (the violation amount)" shall be replaced with words 1) "the total sum (the amount of violations)", the words "10 percent of the amount" - the words "10 percent of total sum", and in paragraph three to replace the word "detection" with the word "recordings";

To add 2) with part 2 following of content:

"2. The penalties established by part of 1 this Article for non-compliance with restrictions, the stipulated in Clause 6 these Laws concerning making and (or) acceptances of cash payments by money are applied:

1) concerning the total sum of the amounts of violation of the largest size established by the Law, from the amount paid by cash as regards one-time transactions of purchase of goods, services, works;

2) concerning total sum of the amounts of violation of the largest size established by the Law from acceptance of cash payments for one-time transactions on goods (fixed assets, intangible assets and other assets), to services, works;

3) concerning total sum of the amounts of violation of the largest size of payment amount cash for purchase within one month of goods (fixed assets, intangible assets and other assets), services, works;

4) concerning total sum of the amounts of violation of the largest size, the accepted cash payments within one month for goods (fixed assets, intangible assets and other assets), service, work.".

Article 2. In the paragraph the second article 13 of the Law to replace the word "detection" with the word "recordings".
