About modification and amendments in the Law on establishment of the general principles and instructions of the legislation on safety of foodstuff No. 113 of May 18, 2012
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. – In the Law on establishment of the general principles and instructions of the legislation on safety of foodstuff No. 113 of May 18, 2012 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2012, Art. No. 143-148, 467), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes and additions:
1. Exclude preamble.
2. In Article 2 in the concept "release on the market" of the word "release on the market" shall be replaced with words "introduction on the market".
3. In Article 9 of the word of "release on the market" shall be replaced with words "introductions on the market".
4. In Article 11:
