1. In the Approximate regulations on the commissions on cases of minors and protection of their rights approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of November 6, 2013 No. 995 "About approval of the Approximate regulations on the commissions on cases of minors and protection of their rights" (The Russian Federation Code, 2013, No. 45, Art. 5829; 2015, No. 32, Art. 4776; No. 38, Art. 5289):
a) state Items 1 and 2 in the following edition:
"1. The commissions on cases of minors and protection of their rights are collegiate organs of system of prevention of neglect and offenses of minors (further - system of prevention), are created by the supreme executive bodies of the government of subjects of the Russian Federation for the purpose of coordination of activities of bodies and organizations of system of prevention for the prevention of neglect, homelessness, offenses and antisocial actions of minors, identification and elimination of the reasons and conditions promoting it, ensuring protection of the rights and legitimate interests of minors, social and pedagogical rehabilitation of the minors which are in socially dangerous provision, to identification and suppression of cases of involvement of minors in making of crimes and antisocial actions.
With the law of the subject of the Russian Federation power on creation of the commissions on cases of minors and protection of their rights local government bodies can be allocated.
