Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 14, 2011 No. 1374 "About some questions of customs regulation, modification and amendments in some resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus and recognition voided some resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2011, No. 118, 5/34614; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 26.09.2013, 5/37836; 04:06. 2014, 5/38924) following changes and amendments:
1.1. subitem 2 part one in paragraph three. The paragraph the second subitem 2.3 of Item 2 and in appendix to this resolution of the word of Customs union shall be replaced with words 1, Eurasian Economic Union;
1.2. in Regulations on the procedure for expense recovery on storage of the detained goods demanded before the expiration of fixed terms of their storage, return of the detained goods which were not demanded at the scheduled time of their storage, compensation for expenses of the republican budget for transportation, storage and other expenses connected with realization of these goods, and return of the amounts received from realization of detainees of goods approved by this resolution:
