Article 1. In article 24 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About national pensions" (further - the Law) ZR-243-N of December 22, 2010:
Part 1 after the word "established" to add 1) with the words "estimated according to the procedure";
Part 2 after the word "allowances" to add 2) with the words "the official rates assumed as a basis in case of determination of the amount, cash allowance".
Article 2. In Item 1 of part 3 of article 38 of the Law shall be replaced with words the word "cash" "-determined in the procedure established by this Law cash".
Article 3. This Law becomes effective since July 1, 2013.
