About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About national pensions"

Article 1. In paragraphs 1 and 2 of part 5 of article 15 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About national pensions" (further - the Law) of December 22, 2010 number "40" to replace ZR-243-N with number "50".

Article 2. In article 33 of the Law:

The pension amount paid in the months following after month of death of the pensioner is subject to return to the government budget of the Republic of Armenia.".

Part 9 to state 2) in the following edition:

"9. Pension is paid as well by proxy, issued by the pensioner (in case of the minor and being under the care of the pensioner – his legal representative: the parent, the adoptive father or the guardian) and certified by the notary if the written application about pension payment and the power of attorney are represented to the division granting pension. By proxy, issued according to the procedure of retrust, pension is not paid.";
