About entering of amendments and changes into the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of August 12, 2002 No. 1092

1. Bring in the list of types of earnings and (or) other income from which advance payment of maintenance on content of minor children, No. 1092 approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of August 12, 2002 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2002, No. 94, 5/10959 is made; 2003, No. 55, 5/12445; 2011, No. 81, 5/34137), following amendments and changes:

1.1. in Item 1:

add Item with subitem 1.2.6 of the following content:

"1.2.6. from monthly surcharge to the salary paid to the worker based on subitem 1.2 of Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of September 25, 2013 No. 441 "About some questions of professional pension insurance and provision of pensions" (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 27.09.2013, 1/14543);";

in subitem 1.8 of the word of "inspection or survey in medical institution" shall be replaced with words "medical examination or medical examination in the organization of health care";

subitem 1.11 after the words "except financial support" to add with the words "provided on sanatorium treatment and (or) improvement of the minor child";

1.2. to state subitem 2.4 of Item 2 in the following edition:

"2.4. from management of graduate students, adjoints, doctoral candidates and job seekers in the organizations of education, the organizations realizing educational programs of postgraduate education, pedagogical workers;";

1.3. to add subitem 3.2 of Item 3 with the words "and the allowances established by the legislation to grants".
