About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About national pensions"

Article 1. "About national pensions" (further - the Law) to state Items 1 and 2 of part 3 of article 38 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia to ZR-243-N of December 22, 2010 in the following edition:

"1) the size of capital pension or cost of one year of years of service of military service since 1 number of this month changed;

2) the right to pension according to the procedure, stipulated in Item 6 parts 3 of article 41 of this Law, taking into account years of service of military service on the date of dismissal from the last military service, personal coefficient of the serviceman, the size of capital pension and cost of one year of years of service of military service from the date of renewal of the right to pension is recovered.".

Article 2. Regarding 1 article 41 of the Law of the word "or judges" shall be replaced with words ", the serving Investigative Committee, the serving special Investigative Committee or the judge".

Article 3. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day following behind day of official publication, except for article 1 of this Law which becomes effective since July 3, 2014.
