Article 1. "About national pensions" (further - the Law) to state article 19 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia to ZR-243-N of December 22, 2010 in the following edition:
"Article 19. Procedure for calculation of the size of military long-service pension
1. The military long-service pension is estimated on formula P = in O x LKV + SV x STV where:

STV - the cost of one year of years of service of military service,

Article 2. To state article 21 of the Law in the following edition:
"Article 21. Procedure for calculation of the size of military disability pension
1. The size of military disability pension is estimated:
1) for disabled people of the first group - in the amount of 70 percent of the military long-service pension estimated for the serviceman having years of service of military service of 20 years which on the date of dismissal from voyen.sluzhba in accordance with the established procedure held the same position of military service and had the same military rank;
