About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About refugees and shelter"

Article 1. Part 4 of article 10 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About refugees and shelter" of November 27, 2008, as ZR-211-N (further – the Law) to recognize invalid.

Article 2. Regarding the 4th article 29 of the Law:

"Article 30. ID card of the refugee

2. The police provides to refugees the ID card of the refugee according to part 1 of article 58 of this Law. The ID card of the refugee is provided to the refugee to the term of reliability of 16 years for three years, and to the refugee who reached age of 16 years - for 10 years.

3. The ID card of the refugee contains electronic databank – technical structural part of the document which includes the personal cryptographic key, unique for the card, providing data protection, the certificate of the digital signature and e-mail. E-mail provided along with the ID card of the refugee is available from the moment of activation. Procedure for provision of e-mail along with the ID card, and also cases and procedure for provision of information on the e-mail postal address are established by the Government of the Republic of Armenia.

4. For receipt of the ID card of the refugee person represents:

1) statement;

2) any identification document with the photo (in the presence);

3) the certificate granted by authorized body proving the identity of person petitioning for shelter;
