Changes which are made to Administrative regulations of provision by the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation and its territorial authorities of the state service in issue of the state certificate on the maternity (family) capital approved by the Order of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Russian Federation of October 29, 2012 No. 345n
