About cooperation in the social and labor sphere between the Ministry of Labour and social development of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Russian Federation

The Ministry of Labour and social development of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Russian Federation, hereinafter referred to as by the Parties,

aiming to promote development of the relations between the Kyrgyz Republic and the Russian Federation,

recognizing that the cooperation between the Parties will be directed to experience exchange for the purpose of development of the social and labor sphere in the states of the Parties,

being effective within the competence, observing the international obligations and the legislation of the states of the Parties,

agreed as follows:

Article 1.

The parties develop cooperation in the social and labor sphere in the following directions:

a) social protection of the population (including social protection of family, women and children, citizens of advanced age, etc.);

b) social servicing of the population;

c) development of social services to children, the unemployed, elderly citizens, persons with limited opportunities of health, etc.;

d) gender policy;

e) conducting medico-social examination;

e) guardianship and custody concerning full age incapacitated or not sui juris citizens;

g) rendering the prosthetic and orthopedic help;

h) rehabilitation of persons with limited opportunities of health;

i) social insurance of the working citizens;

j) employment relationships, including their legislative regulation;

k) employment of the population;

l) other questions of work and social protection of the population according to the mutual arrangement of the Parties.

Article 2.

The cooperation between the Parties is performed in the following forms:

a) exchange of regulating documents and information and analytical materials in the directions of cooperation;
