About modification and amendments in some resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus

Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Make changes and additions to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:

1.1. in Item 2 of the Regulations on the republican landscape wildlife area "Olmansky swamps" approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of November 12, 1998 No. 1737 "About formation of the republican landscape wildlife area "Olmansky swamps" (Collection of decrees, presidential decrees and orders of the Government of the Republic of Belarus, 1998, No. 32, Art. 818; National register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2008, No. 276, 5/28714; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 10.07. 2012, 5/35925; 15:04. 2014, 5/38704; 29.10. 2015, 5/41195), the words "movement of the mechanized motor transport out of roads, except motorized vehicles and self-propelled machines of bodies of the border service and contract organizations in case of accomplishment of tasks on ensuring establishment, content and protection of Frontier of the Republic of Belarus, the machines performing agricultural and forestry and landscape works, motorized vehicles of the State inspection of protection of animal and flora in case of the President of the Republic of Belarus, machines of the public nature protection institution exercising control of the wildlife area (group of the wildlife areas) in case of its creation and also providing activities of the 41st aviation polygon" shall be replaced with words "movement of motorized vehicles out of roads, except motorized vehicles and self-propelled machines of bodies of the border service and contract organizations in case of accomplishment of tasks on ensuring establishment, content and protection of Frontier of the Republic of Belarus, vehicles of bodies and divisions on emergency situations, the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection and its territorial authorities, the public nature protection institution exercising control of the wildlife area (group of wildlife areas) in case of its creation, the Ministry of forestry, the Brest national production forestry and landscape association, the public forestry and landscape institutions "Polesia Forestry" and "Stolinsky Forestry", the State inspection of protection of animal and flora in case of the President of the Republic of Belarus, its regional and interdistrict inspections of protection of animal and flora, local executive and administrative organs in the territory subordinated to them in case of control of use and protection of lands, users of the hunting grounds which are in borders of the wildlife area "Olmansky swamps" and also the vehicles which are providing activities of the 41st aviation polygon, carrying out in borders of the wildlife area "Olmansky swamps" agricultural and felling works, works on hauling and removal of wood, work on protection and protection of forest fund, reforestation and afforestation, recovery of the hydrological mode, repair and operational works on ensuring functioning of meliorative systems or the actions provided by the management plan the wildlife area "Olmansky swamps";

1.2. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 20, 2000 No. 1451 "About formation of the republican landscape wildlife area Prilepsky (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2000, No. 91, 5/4107; 2008, No. 276, 5/28714):

in Item 3 to replace the word of "Gorispolkom" with the word of "district executive committee";

in part two of appendix to this resolution of the word "Minsk Forest-park Economy affiliated enterprise of the specialized rent enterprise "Minskzelenstroy" shall be replaced with words "the public specialized forestry and landscape institution "Borovlyansky Special Forestry";

to state Items 3-5 of the Regulations on the republican landscape wildlife area Prilepsky approved by this resolution in the following edition:

"3. The mode of protection and use of the republican landscape wildlife area Prilepsky is considered in case of project development and schemes of land management, forest management and land reclamation, town-planning projects and programs of social and economic development of the Minsk district of the Minsk region.

4. The republican landscape wildlife area Prilepsky is announced without withdrawal at land users of the parcels of land.

5. Prilepsky exercises control of the republican landscape wildlife area the Minsk district executive committee.";

1.3. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of August 13, 2001 No. 1190 "About formation of the republican biological wildlife area Yukhnovsky (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2001, No. 79, 5/7391; 2008, No. 276, 5/28714):

in Item 3 to replace the word of "Gorispolkom" with the word of "district executive committee";

in part two of appendix to this resolution of the word "the production utility affiliated unitary enterprise "Minsk Forest-park Economy" shall be replaced with words "the public specialized forestry and landscape institution "Borovlyansky Special Forestry";

to state Items 3-5 of the Regulations on the republican biological wildlife area Yukhnovsky approved by this resolution in the following edition:

"3. The mode of protection and use of the republican biological wildlife area Yukhnovsky is considered in case of project development and schemes of land management, forest management and land reclamation, town-planning projects and programs of social and economic development of the Minsk district of the Minsk region.

4. The republican biological wildlife area Yukhnovsky is announced without withdrawal at land users of the parcels of land.

5. Yukhnovsky exercises control of the republican biological wildlife area the Minsk district executive committee.";

in Item 1:

in subitem 1.2 of the word "the production utility affiliated unitary enterprise "Minsk Forest-park Economy" shall be replaced with words "the public specialized forestry and landscape institution "Borovlyansky Special Forestry";
