About modification and amendments in resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 15, 2012 No. 229 and of June 22, 2015 No. 525

For the purpose of enhancement of the relations in the field of purchases of goods (works, services) at the expense of own means the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Make change and additions to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:

1.1. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 15, 2012 No. 229 "About enhancement of the relations in the field of purchases of goods (works, services) at the expense of own means" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2012, No. 37, 5/35434; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 29.06.2013, 5/37470; 07:03. 2015, 5/40207):

1.1.1. in Item 2:

in part two of the subitem 2.1 of figure "2.15" to replace with figures "2.16";

add Item with subitem 2.16 of the following content:

"2.16. the suppliers offering the goods coming from the Azerbaijan Republic, the Republic of Armenia, the Republic of Belarus, Georgia, the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Kyrgyz Republic, the Republic of Moldova, the People's Republic of Bangladesh, the Russian Federation, the Republic of Tajikistan, the Republic of Uzbekistan, Ukraine and the Swiss Confederation are allowed to participation in procedures for procurement of goods according to appendix 3 worth over 2000 basic sizes.
