About introduction of amendments and changes in resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 10, 2009 No. 182 and of July 19, 2013 No. 641

For the purpose of enhancement of procedure for rendering paid medical services by State Healthcare Institutions the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Make additions and change to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:

1.1. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 10, 2009 No. 182 "About rendering paid medical services by State Healthcare Institutions" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2009, No. 44, 5/29295; 2010, No. 31, 5/31205; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 30.12.2014, 5/39911):

1.1.1. To add the regulations on procedure for rendering paid medical services to citizens of the Republic of Belarus by State Healthcare Institutions approved by this resolution with Item 2-1 of the following content:

"2-1. Paid medical services are the staff employees of State Healthcare Institutions containing for the account:

extrabudgetary funds;

budgetary funds if proceeding from medical and diagnostic opportunities of organization introduction of separate established posts on the activities which are bringing in incomes is impossible.";

1.1.2. to state Item 14 of the list of the paid medical services rendered to citizens of the Republic of Belarus by State Healthcare Institutions approved by this resolution in the following edition:

"14. Provision for medical application State Healthcare Institutions at the request of citizens of other products of medical appointment and medical equipment, medicines instead of the medical products included in the Republican form and Republican form of medicines with payment for the account of own means of citizens, means of the legal entities and other sources which are not prohibited by the legislation of the Republic of Belarus.";
