a) to state the subitem "b" of Item 3 of the Decree in the following edition: "b) devices for giving of special light and sound signals in the presence of special tsvetografichesky schemes on the outside surface of vehicles equip the vehicles of fire protection, police, emergency medical service, rescue services, military automobile inspection, military police of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, troops of national guard of the Russian Federation, investigating bodies of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation used for implementation of urgent actions for protection of life and health of citizens.";

b) in the list:

state Item 7 in the following edition:

"7. Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia 98";

add with Item 11.1 of the following content:

"11.1. Federal Service of troops national 35"; guards of the Russian Federation

declare Item 12 invalid;
