Article 1. Article 61 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About fixed payments" of July 7, 1998 ZR-236 to add with part 2 following of content:
"Provisions of articles 60-64 of this Law do not extend to the car parks organized according to the decision of local government board in the territories which are property of municipality.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day following behind day of official publication.
