- add with Item 1.22 of the following content:

For issue of permission to visit of border areas, in case of execution of the visa by diplomatic representations and consular establishments of the Republic of Tajikistan abroad and in case of execution of the electronic visa the Head consular department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan
