About entering of amendment and change into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the public and personal notification on the Internet"

Article 1. "About the public and personal notification via the Internet" of April 9, 2007 ZR-172-N (further - the Law) to add part 1 of article 2 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia with Item 7 of the following content:

"7) official e-mail:

and. in case of physical person - e-mail provided along with the ID card according to the procedure, established by the Government of the Republic of Armenia;

. in case of the legal entity - e-mail registered in the Register of state registration of legal entities;

century in case of state bodies or local government bodies - e-mail specified on the official website of state bodies or local government bodies.".

Article 2. To state article 10 of the Law in the following edition:

"Article 10. Personal notification via the Internet

1. In the cases established by this Law or other regulatory legal acts when the personal notification is provided, person is considered properly notified also in that case when information was directed to the address of its official e-mail and there is electronic confirmation about its reading.

2. If person or body which directed the notification according to part of 1 this Article do not receive in the week time of electronic confirmation about its reading, then the notification goes by means of mail service with the return assurance of receipt. In case of non receipt of the return notification for the fourteenth day after departure of the notification by means of mail service it once again goes to the address of official e-mail of person with simultaneous publication of the same notification on the official website of public notifications of the Republic of Armenia.

3. Person is considered properly notified from the moment of receipt of the return notification provided by part 2 of this Article, and in case of its absence - for the seventh day after making of the actions provided by the second offer of the same part.".
