Make the following changes to "The charter of Azerbaijani TV and Radio Broadcasting private company approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic of June 18, 2005 No. 106 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2005, No. 6, Article 542; 2006, No. 11, Article 1003; 2009, No. 1, Article 22; 2013, No. 6, Article 761; 2015, No. 12, Article 1594; 2016, No. 3, Article 613):
