For the purpose of ensuring execution of part No. 1853 "About the additional measures connected with continuation of reforms in customs system" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic decides 3 Orders of the President of the Azerbaijan Republic of March 4, 2016:

Make the following changes to part 5 "Rules of the order the goods turned into state-owned property, but not realized on customs auctions or goods which civil circulation is prohibited or civil circulation of which is limited, including perishable goods and goods expired", approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic of March 19, 2014 No. 88 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2014, No. 3, Article 319; 2015, No. 5, Article 617):

1. give Item 5.1 in the following edition:

"5.1. Concerning quickly spoiling goods the order is given according to Items 6.8 and 6.9 of these rules.".

2. Add with Item 5.4 of the following content:

"5.4. The order is performed by quickly spoiling goods within 24 (twenty four) hours since the moment of completion of storage duration.".
