About modification of the Procedure for cancellation of registration of share issues (concerning simplification of procedure for opening of business)

According to Item 13 of article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "About state regulation of the security market in Ukraine", for the purpose of reduction of the regulatory legal act of the National commission on securities and the stock market in compliance with the Law of Ukraine of April 15, 2014 "About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning simplification of procedure for opening of business" the National commission on securities and the stock market SOLVED No. 1206-VII:

1. Make to the section I of the Procedure for cancellation of registration of share issues approved by the decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market of April 23, 2013 No. 737, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on May 28, 2013 for No. 822/23354, the following changes:

The second Item 11 of the word "with mark about the introduction in legal force (in case of lack of the specified mark-also the copy of the executive document certified by court)" shall be replaced with words 1) in the paragraph also in figures "(with mark about the introduction in legal force in case of adoption of the relevant resolution till January 19, 2013)";

2) to add the Section with new Item of the following content:

"20. The documents (their copy) submitted according to this Procedure also shall be certified by seal (seals), require such certificate in the presence of the corresponding seal (seals).".

2. And corporate finances (A. Papaik) to provide to corporate management department submission of this decision on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
