Chapter 1. General provisions

1. These rules of provision of services of mail service (daleepravil) are developed according to the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About mail" (further - the Law "About Mail"), "About communication", international treaties of the Republic of Kazakhstan, other regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan and determine procedure for the organization and provision of services of mail service by operators of mail, establish single standard rates and requirements to their activities.

2. In these rules the following basic concepts are used:

1) acts of Universal Postal Union (further - Acts VPS) - the Charter, General regulations of Universal Postal Union, the World post convention, the Regulations of written correspondence, Regulations of postal parcels, the Management on acceptance of the international mailings, the Agreement and the Regulations of the Agreement on service of post payments;
