About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About mobilization preparation and mobilization"

Article 1. In paragraph five of article 3 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About mobilization preparation and mobilization" of March 3, 1999, ZR-289 (further - the Law), the words "military transport obligation" shall be replaced with words "use of vehicles for the purpose of defense".

Article 2. To add the Item of article 9 of the Law before the word "help" with the words "provide implementation of the process connected with use of vehicles for the purpose of defense and also".

Article 3. Third article 14 of the Law after the word "heavy" to add the paragraph with the words "and especially heavy", and from the paragraph of the fourth word", except for" to exclude the female military personnel having children up to 16 years.

Article 4. To add the Item of article 15 of the Law before the word "military" with the words "during war".

Article 5. To state article 18 of the Law in the following edition:

"Article 18. Use of vehicles for the purpose of defense

For the purpose of providing armed forces and other troops, within mobilization preparation, vehicles during peace and warlike situation, establish use of vehicles.

The relations connected with use of vehicles are established by the law.".

Article 6. This law becomes effective for the tenth day, subsequent to official publication.
