About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About mobilization preparation and mobilization"

Accepted by National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia on December 8, 2011

Article 1. The subitem 6 of the Item "in" of article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About mobilization preparation and mobilization" of March 3, 1999, ZR-289 (further - the Law) to state in the following edition:

"-procedure of the state stimulation, instruments of budget financing, the organizations having mobilization tasks in the course of implementation of mobilization programs of economy, armed forces and other troops;".

Article 2. To state article 20 of the Law in the following edition:

"Article 20. Stimulation of process of mobilization preparation

The state support of the organizations having mobilization tasks in the course of implementation of mobilization programs of economy, armed forces and other troops is performed by instruments of budget financing, according to the procedure, established by the Government of the Republic of Armenia.".

Article 3. This law becomes effective for the tenth day, subsequent to official publication.
