About modification and amendments in some legal acts
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. – In the Criminal code of the Republic of Moldova No. 985-XV of April 18, 2002 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2009, Art. No. 72-74, 195), with subsequent changes to make the following changes and additions:
1. In Item and) parts (articles 55 of figure "150" to replace 2) with figures "500".
2. In Article 64:
in part (2) words "to 20 lei." shall be replaced with words "to 50 lei.";

in the sanction of part (3) the words "from 5000 to 7000" shall be replaced with words "from 6000 to 8000";
in the sanction of part (4) the words "from 7000 to 9000" shall be replaced with words "from 8000 to 10000".
10. In the sanction of part (1) Article 159 of the word "from 200 to 500" shall be replaced with words "from 550 to 850".
11. In Article 160:
in the sanction of part (figures "200" to replace 1) with figures "550";
in the sanction of part (2) the words "to 500" shall be replaced with words "from 550 to 850".
12. In the sanction of article 161 of figure "300" to replace with figures "650".
13. In the sanction of part (1) Article 162 of the word "from 200 to 500" shall be replaced with words "from 550 to 850".
14. In the sanction of part (articles 163 of figure "200" to replace 1) with figures "550".
15. In the sanction of article 164-1 of figure "300" to replace with figures "650".
16. In Article 165:
in the sanction of part (the words "and the legal entity is punished by penalty in the amount of 3000 to 5000" shall be replaced with words 1) "and in case of the legal entity – penalty in the amount of 4000 to 6000";
in the sanction of part (the words "and the legal entity is punished by penalty in the amount of 5000 to 7000" shall be replaced with words 2) "and in case of the legal entity – penalty in the amount of 6000 to 8000";

in the sanction of part (2) the words "from 800 to 1000" shall be replaced with words "from 1350 to 1600".
19. In Article 168:
in the sanction of part (2) the words "from 1000 to 2500" shall be replaced with words "from 2000 to 3500";
in the sanction of part (3) the words "from 1500 to 3000" shall be replaced with words "from 2500 to 4000";
20. In Article 173 of the word "from 300 to 500" shall be replaced with words "from 650 to 850".
21. In Article 176:
in the sanction of part (1) the words "from 400 to 600" shall be replaced with words "from 750 to 950";
in the sanction of part (the words "from 600 to 800" shall be replaced with words 2) "from 950 to 1200", and the words "from 1000 to 3000" – the words "from 2000 to 4000";
