About modification and amendments in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of Rules on identification, suppression of anti-competitive agreements (coordinated actions) limiting the competition" of June 2, 2012 with No. 364

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of Rules on identification, suppression of anti-competitive agreements (coordinated actions) limiting the competition" of June 2, 2012 with No. 364 the following changes and amendments:

in the name and in Item 1 of the word of "anti-competitive agreements (coordinated actions)" shall be replaced with words "agreements, coordinated actions";

in Rules on identification, suppression of the anti-competitive agreements (coordinated actions) limiting the competition, approved by the above-stated resolution:
