About modification and amendments in the Law of Turkmenistan "About the measures connected with treatment of persons, having alcoholism, drug addiction or dependence on psychoactive agents"

1. To number contents of Article 7 in figure "1". and to add Article with part of the following content:

"2. The specified official prevention of law-enforcement bodies can be appealed according to the procedure, established by the legislation of Turkmenistan.".

2. To number contents of Article 9 in figure "1". and to add Article with part of the following content:

"2. By consideration of idea of the direction on treatment about it the protocol of judicial session according to the procedure, established by the Code of civil procedure of Turkmenistan is constituted.".

3. The first and second Article 10 to state parts in the following edition:

"1. The judge acquaints by announcement of documents of person concerning which idea of the direction on treatment is brought in the rehabilitation center, and the rights to declare branch to the judge, the court clerk, the translator, to declare petitions for amendment or reclamation of additional documents on case are explained to it. Questions of the statement of branch and the petition, and also other questions which are connected with consideration of representation and are not provided by this Law, are permitted according to the Code of civil procedure of Turkmenistan.
