1. State Article 279 in the following edition:

"Article 279. Illegal implementation of transactions on purchase and (or) sale of foreign currency

1. Illegal implementation of transactions on purchase and (or) sale of foreign currency - attracts imposing of penalty in the amount of fifteen to twenty five sizes of basic size with confiscation of the objects which were direct objects of administrative offense.

2. Repeated making of the offenses provided by part one of this Article within one year after imposing of administrative punishment - attracts imposing of penalty in the amount of twenty five to fifty sizes of basic size with confiscation of the objects which were direct objects of administrative offense.

2. In Article 282:

in the name of Article after the word "storages" to add with the words "and realization";

the second to state part in the following edition:

"2. Sales of products, containing precious metals, without test and brand – attract imposing of penalty in the amount of five to ten sizes of basic size.";

add with part three of the following content:

"3. Repeated making of the offense provided by part two of this Article within one year after imposing of administrative punishment – attracts imposing of penalty in the amount of ten to twenty sizes of basic size.".

4. In parts one and the second article 446 of figure "278-279" to replace with figure "278".

II. This Law becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
