I ORDER:

1. Approve the enclosed Rules of transfer to trust management of objects of the state-owned republican property.

2. Declare invalid the resolution of Department of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 22, 1998 No. 618 "About approval of Rules of transfer to trust management of the companies and the state blocks of shares of joint-stock companies", registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts of January 26, 1999 No. 676.

3. Repeal the order of Committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan of May 30, 2001 No. 135 "About approval of Rules of transfer to trust management of objects of the state-owned republican property".

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its registration in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts.
