About modification of the Regulations on procedure for informing the public on system of guaranteeing household deposits and the Procedure by Fund of guaranteeing household deposits of protection of the rights and the interests of investors protected by the law

According to Item "About system of guaranteeing household deposits" the executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits solved 10 parts one of article 12 of the Law of Ukraine:

1. Make to the section II of Provisions on procedure for informing the public on system of the guaranteeing household deposits approved by the decision of executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits of July 23, 2012 No. 10, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 14, 2012 at No. 1370/21682, the following changes:

Item 2.7 to state 1) in the following edition:

"2.7. The fund not later than in 20 working days from the date of the beginning of the procedure of conclusion Fund of bank from the market posts announcements of the beginning of compensation of means to investors on the official site of Fund.

The fund will also promulgate announcements of the beginning of compensation of means to investors in the Pravitelstvenny Kuryer or Golos Ukrainy newspaper.";

Item 2.16 to exclude 2).

With respect thereto Items 2.17 - 2.23 to consider respectively Items 2.16 - 2.22;

Item 2.16 to state 3) in the following edition:

"2.16. The fund no later than the next day after the termination of the term of liquidation of bank determined by the Law posts on the official site of Fund of the announcement of completion by Fund of payments of the guaranteed compensation amount.";
