About modification of the Regulations on conclusion of insolvent bank from the market

According to Item and Item of 1 part five of article 12 of the Law of Ukraine "About system of guaranteeing household deposits" the executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits solved 10 parts one:

1. Bring in the Regulations on conclusion of insolvent bank from the market approved by the decision of executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits of July 5, 2012 No. 2, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 14, 2012 for No. 1581/21893, the following changes:

The paragraph of the seventh of Item 2.1 of Chapter 2 of the Section III to state 1) in the following edition:

"Constitutes as of day of the beginning of the procedure of conclusion Fund of bank from the market the list of accounts on which investors have the right to compensation of means on deposits by fund, with determination of the amounts which are subject to compensation;";

2) in the Section V:

to exclude Item 1.11 of Chapter 1;

in Item 2.6 of Chapter 2:

to exclude the paragraph of the sixth.

With respect thereto paragraphs of the seventh - to consider the sixteenth respectively paragraphs the sixth - the fifteenth;

add with the new paragraph the sixteenth the following content:

"Performs currency transactions without license of the NBU for implementation of currency transactions with observance of requirements of the legislation of Ukraine on system of currency control and currency exchange control for the purpose of implementation of the procedure of conclusion of insolvent bank from the market.";
